The Varieties Corpus is intended to collect descriptions of "spiritual" or "self-transcendent" experiences - those profound moments of connection with something greater than oneself. 

 

People from all over the world have described these experiences throughout history, up to and includng today. Data collected from this site will be used for scientific research or public education.
